JOB OPENING

Department Supervisor

Academic Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or equivalent

• With Professional License in Chemistry

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs 2nd level data review

• Prepares Summary of Results

• Supervise analysts to ensure adherence to applicable SOPs and the QA Manual.

• In conjunction  with  the  analysts  and  technicians,  schedule  sample  analyses  while considering sample holding times and client specific time constraints.

• Provide technical guidance to analysts in resolving analytical or instrument-related problems encountered during sample preparation and/or analysis

•  Assists the Department Manager in generating applicable Corrective actions, if necessary

• Monitors fast-moving chemicals, controlled chemicals,  and materials, prepares requests for the approval of the Department Manager

• Monitors the method development, method verification and method validation done by the Senior Laboratory Analyst.

• Deputy for the Department manager in his/her absence

Laboratory Analyst 1

Academic Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or equivalent

• With Professional License in Chemistry, certified Microbiologist, Licensed Medical technologist, whichever is applicable

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs detailed preparation and analysis of samples according to published methods and laboratory procedures;

• Processes and evaluates raw data obtained from preparation and analysis steps;

• Generates final results from raw data, performing primary review against method criteria;

• Monitors quality control data associated with analysis and preparation. This includes examination of raw data such as chromatograms as well as an inspection of reduced data, calibration curves, and laboratory notebooks;

• Reports data in LIMS, authorizing for release pending secondary approval;

• Conducts routine and non-routine maintenance of equipment as required;

• Maintains the cleanliness of the work area

• Initiates requests of any materials, glassware and reagents needed for the analysis performed. Prompts the Department Supervisor to process the request

Sales Officer

Academic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or environmental science preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow and achieve department’s sales goal on a monthly and yearly basis.

• Primary responsible for selling company’s services

• A combination of strategic analysis and sales.

• Liaison between the project management group and clients.

• Assess client needs and provide assistance and information on HiAdvance Services

• Handles client inquiries through phone, emails or walk-in.

• Gather required data for quote preparation build and maintain pricing measurement for decision making processes.

• Ensure client specifications are met by communicating project and assurance requirement to the laboratory.

• Ability to work long hours, willing to travel and work in the field when needed.

Marketing Officer

Academic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.

• Plan, develop and deliver marketing campaign.

• Planning and managing marketing events and evaluating their success.

• Promoting company’s services, new capabilities and events. Advertising through various media.

• Managing and maintaining the website, social media and all the marketing tools.

• Direct the organization toward the segments or group of clients where the company can profitably compete.

• Raise the brand value of the company.

Team Leader

Academic Requirements:

• BS Degree holder such as; BS Engineering (Ch E, ME, EE, CE, ENSEE, IE, ECE, EM, GE, MET E) & BS related courses (Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics & Environmental Science) or Graduated from any two-year course with extensive experience in source emission testing or experience in EMB stack emissions testing projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes teamwork by maintaining positive and productive departmental relationships and utilizes effective conflict resolution and problem solving skills.

• Prepares the equipment, accessories and glassware for sampling.

• Ensures that the testing employs the proper test methods.

• Conducts the source emission test and ensures the safety of the source emission test team.

• Manages and develop the performance of all team members, and the team as a whole.

• Assist with the establishment of operating procedures for the laboratory and other areas of the company as needed.

• Must be able to work weekends on a rotational basis and overtime.

• Reviews all sampling report.

Junior Project Manager

Academic Requirements:

• At least a Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineer, Environmental Science or equivalent

• Professional Licensed in Chemistry is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates daily activities including taking orders, reporting data and analytical results;

• Serves as the primary technical and administrative liaison between customers and HiAdvance;

• Provides results to customers in the requested format (verbal, hardcopy, electronic, etc.);

• Works with customers, laboratory staff, and other appropriate HiAdvance staff to develop project statements of work or resolve problems of data quality;

• Responsible for maintaining customer records;

• Mediation of project schedules and scope of work through communication with internal resources and management;

• Responsible for preparing routine and non-routine, reports and technical papers;

• Interfaces between customers and management personnel to achieve customer satisfaction;

• Arrange bottles orders and shipment of sample kits to customers;

• Verifies login information relative to project requirements and field sample Chains-of-Custody;
